How It Works?

This is the process of how our clients get their desired fashion item.

Request Designer

Submit a request of the designer item and size you want using their web address. E.g. If you want Balenciaga Speed Sneakers, you'll have to copy and paste the URL to us.

Eligibility Check

We let you know if the item is eligible for a HUGE discount. We will aim to respond to you within 24 hours by email, so make sure you check all your inboxes frequently.

Get An Offer

If the designer is eligible for a discount, we’ll send you a cheap quote which is valid for 6 hours only via email. To pay our quote, you'll have to complete our order form before it expires.

Item Shipping

Once your designer is ordered, we’ll update you on your delivery. Expected delivery with DPD will take 7 - 28 business days. You'll be able to track your item once shipped.

Can I try getting discounts for free?

We are currently allowing you to get HUGE discounts from our service free of charge for beta testing.

Do you have hidden fees?

We can assure you that we don't. You'll only be charged for the quote that we give you for your designer.

What are the payment methods you accept?

For the moment we only accept credit and direct debit transfers. We are using Stripe to carry out secure transactions.

How often do you release updates?

We make release modifications onto our site every month. For more exclusive updates, make sure you follow our social media.

What is your refund policy?

Refunds must be made within the 14 days of items that have been delivered. For more information, go onto our refund policy.
